- safi is an Arabic expense ledger that runs on your device. Your accounts and transactions are kept on the phone itself, and no copy of them sits on any server.
- For help, questions, or anything you want to tell us, write to support@mysafiapp.com — every message is read and answered.
- Forgotten your passcode? From the lock screen, ask for a code sent to your account address; it opens the app and lets you set a new one. The old code cannot be recovered, because we do not hold it.
- Moving to a new phone? Take a backup from Settings, then import it on the new phone before entering anything else. Your data does not travel on its own, because it never leaves your device.
- Deleting your account, from inside the app: Settings, then your profile, then delete account. Your account is removed from our servers and this device is wiped with it — so take a backup first if you want to keep your ledger.
- The privacy policy and the terms are published on this site, and they are the same texts the app shows.
